Building Identity System
Registered building, traceable quality.
BKS gives completed buildings a digital identity, traceable through QR and RFID. The plate means registration and long-term oversight, not perfection.

Public information via QR; broader authorised data for teams through RFID and system access.

Five-year follow-up
Periodic checks after certification aim to detect illegal interventions and non-compliant changes.

Disaster data
It provides an infrastructure for faster access to floor plans and technical data in emergencies.
