Project story
A horizontal coastal house settled into the land without interrupting the Aegean view.
The house is conceived as two horizontal volumes following the natural levels of the sloping site. Living spaces open to the sea while service areas rest against a stone wall.
Deep eaves control the summer sun. Local stone, natural timber and pale mineral render were chosen to age with the intense coastal light.
